Change management/organisation development
Our experience includes working with companies in a merger situation, in downsizing and restructuring situations and operational efficiency proejcts. We have experience of assisting Directors and Chief Executives to communicate their business strategy and helping HR teams to devise plans which will support that business strategy.

HR team upskilling and development
Considerable experience working with HR Directors and HR teams to promote excellent practice which supports and promotes their business model. Our approach is to develop and upskill the HR team so they become more competent and confident at managing change.

Personality measures and aptitude tests
We are licensed to administer psychmetric tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence (EQi) These tools are used for personal and leadership developmentdevelopment as well as team building and development. We use other aptitude tests for assessment for either selection or development purposes where appropriate.

Interview skills training
We have considerable experience in working with interview boards and selection panels at a senior level in financial services, the public sector, education, health and retail industries.

Assessment centre design and management
Experience includes designing assessment centres for recruitment and promotion purposes at a senior level. Also experienced in designing innovative and practical assessment methods for development purposes, including management and team leader development and graduate recruitment programmes.

Leadership and management development
Working with a number of associates we have designed programmes at Team Leader to General Manager level within a number of different industries. We are also involved with a number of academic institutions designing programmes for under gradutate and post graduate students.

Performance improvement programmes
Experience includes design of competency frameworks and performance improvement programmes for a number of companies including organisations with circa 3000 employees, in retail, banking and voluntary sectors.

Investigation and discipliniary cases
Organisations use our services where they want independent, objective advice. This work can be resource intensive but we have conducted investigations in an efficient and timely way which is helpful to all parties involved.
